Mr Roberts has been in legal practice and the employ of Richard Meaden & Associates since November 2010. Mr Roberts has acquired extensive exposure in Superior and Lower Court process, Criminal procedure, Labour Law process, Family Law, insolvency and debt collection process.
Mr Roberts in the final year of his LLB degree was a member of the “Housing and Evictions Unit” operated by the University of the Witwatersrand Law Clinic. This provided Mr Roberts with specific insight regarding intricacies and enforcement of eviction processes and the criteria applicable in providing alternative housing and accommodation to evicted persons.
While attending the legal education and development course provided by the Association of Law Societies, Mr Roberts on 23 July 2011 obtained the Award for The Most Outstanding Performance in High Court Procedure and a Certificate for completing The Black Lawyers Association Trial Advocacy Course.
Mr Roberts is also qualified to chair Labour Disciplinary process.
