Brendan Christiaan de Kooker, is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa Transvaal Provincial Division. Brendan de Kooker obtained his B.proc degree form the Rand Afrikaans University during September 2000 and was admitted as an Attorney during May 2002. Brendan commenced his legal career as an administrative clerk at Jones Kruger Van Reenen Attorneys during May 1998 until October 1999 and at a very young age obtained valuable experience in High and Magistrate's Court litigation, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims and Commercial matters. He concluded his articles at De Klerk Mandelstam Attorneys from November 1999 until November 2002 and was soon after employed as a professional assistant. He was in this position until 28 February 2006. During this period, Brendan obtained extensive experience in complicated High Court Litigation, which included commercial, contractual and property litigation, general Magistrate's Court Litigation including extensive Motion and Trial court attendances, Appeals, the drafting and interpretation of complex agreements, Commercial experience including Companies, Close Corporations, Trusts, Due Diligence and related matters, Matrimonial and Family Law matters, Insolvency matters and Limited Tax, Labour, Insurance and Criminal Law matters.
