Roger was admitted as an attorney in 1989 and as a conveyancer and notary public shortly thereafter. His areas of expertise include commercial and property law, property developments, related contracts, trusts, tax and insolvency matters and wills and estate planning.
Roger heads the firm's conveyancing and deceased estates departments and is also responsible for the firm's administration.
During his career, Roger has been active in the Durban Chamber of Commerce where he was a Vice Chairman and representative on the Board of Management. He has also served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court and Chairman of the Pinetown Legal Circle.
He believes that the practice's strength lies in a logical and practical approach to law with every effort being made to resolve disputes in a speedy and uncomplicated manner but without neglecting attention to detail. When not at the office Roger likes to travel and is a keen cyclist. He also enjoys woodworking, furniture restoration, hiking, skiing and gym. Roger believes that it is essential to maintain a balance between career and recreation - the former providing the means for the latter.
