Renee S Naidoo Attorneys is headed by Renee Salome Naidoo. The firm specialises in Commercial law and Competition Law, including commercial drafting and advising, as well as commercial litigation. The firm is allied with PCS management consultants, and is part of transaction advising team to government.

The firm further fills the needs of quite an extensive legal niche, and caters to clients with matters falling under the ambit of family law, divorce law, wills and estates, raf claims, insolvency matters, civil litigation as well as debt collections.

Renee naidoo attended the university of the Witwatersrand in 2000 studying towards a bachelors of science degree majoring in medical research. She worked on cancer research, stem cell research, and among others, presented a seminar on an innovative new medical preventative research on which will assist in preventing genetic human disorders by foetal interruptive genetics.

After graduating in 2002, she followed her passion and embarked on a law degree on a three year programme and achieving an excellent academic record, instead of the usual four year degree. She was a tutor at university. She graduated in 2005 and was admitted as an attorney of the high court of south Africa, TPD (North Gauteng division) in 2009. During all her years of her llb, she was invited to be a member of the Golden Key international Honour Society, whose members form part of the top 15% of the top students of universities throughout the world.

As a candidate attorney, she headed the litigation department and also extensively saw to commercial drafting, advising, and commercial litigation. She ceded her articles to a firm where she, again, had her own civil litigation department, with her own client base, and generally did commercial drafting and advising, drafting of contracts, High Court and Magistrate Court pleadings and applications, as well as attend to Court appearances. She handled all debt collections as well as High Court contraventions as well as litigation for the Ekurhuleni Municipality. She has excellent drafting skills and usually only resorts to the use of counsel for high court argument. She further saw to appearances in all civil matters, including debt collections and RAF matters, & correspondent matters.
