Willemse Benade Venter Davis Incorporated Attorneys, have launched their very own website, with a unique approach - see www.wbvd.co.za

It is the norm in the field to consult with an attorney and hand over hard-copies of instructions to proceed with legal matters. This process is often time-consuming to the client.

In order to speed up the process, WBVD has now launched their website on which clients can submit instructions electronically to the firm.
The process is quick and easy, and once the firm has received the instructions, the client is contacted with details and advice pertaining to their matter.

All a client has to do is register as a user and activate their account with the activation email received. Once this has been done, the client has access to the website where they can formally register as a WBVD client, and then proceed to submit instructions quickly and electronically.

With more than 20 years experience, Willemse Benade Venter Davis Inc. has made the process of dealing with new instructions much easier for their clients.

WBVD offers debt recovery services on a contingency basis to their clients. A broad spectrum of other general matter services are offered as well.

The legal practices of Willemse Benade and Venter Davis amalgamated in 1992 under the style of WILLEMSE BENADE VENTER DAVIS INC. In May 2002 the firm HURLY & KUKKUK INCORPORATED merged with WBVD Inc. and the three practices malgamated under the same name and style of WILLEMSE BENADE VENTER DAVIS INCORPORATED.

The personnel component has reached a total of 40 people of whom 7 are admitted attorneys, and/or notaries and conveyancers.

Our present clients include:

National retailers and leasing agents such as GENSEC PROPERTY SERVICES (Rental Recovery in terms of leases); ELLERINES LTD - previously Relyant Ltd. (Debt Recovery for Ellerines, Bears, Bradlows, Fairdeal, Gene & Richards, Savells, Furniture City, Lubners and others); A.M. DOCKRAT CC (Debt Recovery for Solomons Clothing and Solomons Gifts); CARNIVAL FURNISHERS, THE GAS COMPANY (M&H COHEN), PRETOR ( sectional title levies for in excess of 40 different sectional title schemes), SILVER LAKES - HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (collections of outstanding levies); VALORTRADE MICRO LOANS and many other corporations, businesses and individuals. From 1992 – 2000 we also did vast amounts of collections for the Edcon Group (National Security Corporation Ltd), which included Edgars, Jet, ABC and Sales House. This group does not instruct attorneys anymore, but valuable experience was gained over that period.

It is our experience that many creditors have become weary of handing debtors to attorneys, as they very often end up with huge accounts with low success rates of debt recovery. It is because of this impression that we have explored various ways to improve our services and make it more financially viable for potential clients. We therefore offer our Debt Recovery services on a contingency basis (no account for fees if no money is recovered) as we are committed to making the entire collection process a smooth and profitable one for you.
