The firm came into existence on 01 March 2001 and Jacques du Preez is the sole proprietor. He is ably assisted by Nachelle De Bruin-Landman (admitted attorney), Ross Barnard (research assistant) and reliable staff in the administrative and bookkeeping departments.

Jacques holds a B. Juris LLB (UPE). Nachelle holds an LLB (NMU) degree.
