Mediation

Hugh Raichlin is an Accredited Mediator through the London School of Mediation, and is qualified to mediate matrimonial, workplace and commercial disputes. Hugh has had many years of experience as a mediator and has successfully resolved disputes which have saved a great deal of legal costs.

Our firm has also successfully conducted Arbitrations which have also enabled speedier resolution than the conventional litigation route.

Hugh Raichlin conducts training in the legal process, explaining the procedures and costs involved in litigation both in the Magistrates Court and High Court.

Hugh also runs training workshops on landlord-tenant law and commission disputes for property brokers, our firm having made law in South Africa regarding the concept of effective cause in commission claims for property brokers.

Hugh has over 37 years of experience as a general legal practitioner in all aspects of legal practice, and is ably assisted by his professional and administrative staff.
