History:

Viv served her articles at Tatham Wilkes and was admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public in 2004. She then accepted a position at Austen Smith working in their litigation and labour departments.

In September 2008 she took up an opportunity at SWN attorneys which allowed her to concentrate on High Court litigation.

She then opened up Viv Greene Attorneys in 2011.

She has worked in various areas of civil litigation and now mainly focuses on High Court Litigation, labour, land issues and evictions in terms of both PIE and ESTA and also advises clients on BEE. She has right of appearance in the High Court.

Viv is originally from the UK where she worked in the insurance and recruitment industries for 6 years.

In August 1996 Viv married a South African and moved to South Africa. She began studying at the University of Natal (Pietermaritzburg) in 1997 and attained a Social Science Degree in 2000 and an LLB in 2002.
