History:

 Brian is a partner in the dispute resolution department at Webber Wentzel.

He specialises in all areas of litigation and has gained extensive experience in commercial litigation, including:-insolvency law, family law, company law, intellectual property litigation, fishing rights matters and insurance law.

Successfully opposed High Court Application brought by Premier Fishing in order to prevent payment of Letters of Credit thereby ensuring that client was paid the substantial amounts owed to it in respect of containers of prawn shipped to South Africa.
