Keith commenced practice as a Candidate Attorney in 1989 with Bowens. He became a PA in 1991.

He commenced practice for his own account, in 1991, under the name and style of Swartz Sutcliffe Attorneys and thereafter merged his practice, which became known as Norton Lambrianos Sutcliffe Attorneys.

Keith now practices under the name and style of Keith Sutcliffe & Associates and specialises in litigation, Commercial Law and Company Law. This includes all forms of contractual work, establishing of corporate entities, both locally and off-shore, listing of public companies and structuring of mining contracts.
